Winter Cosmo
This Winter Cosmopolitan is a seasonal variation of the ever popular Cosmo; it’s equally delicious and especially beautiful during the holidays! Ingredients: 1.5 oz Vodka .75 oz Cointreau 1 Tbsp St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice ½ oz Simple Syrup 1.5 oz White Cranberry juice For Garnish: 3 to 4 Frozen or Sugared Cranberries Mint Preparation: Combine ingredients over ice in shaker tin. Ingredients: 4 cups heavy whipping cream 4 cups milk 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups Green Mint Liqueur 1 cup Jameson Whipped Cream (optional) Instructions: Place heavy whipping cream, milk, chips, mint liqueur and Jameson into slow cooker Heat on Low Temp for 2 - 2 1/2 hours stirring occasionally Serve with whipped cream on top

Snowbank Cocktail
This cocktail is easy to make, gorgeous to look at and is essentially a lovely cocktail glass of coconut cream with coconut rum sprinkled with powdered coconut. Coconut, coconut, coconut!! Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Malibu rum 3 Tbsp coconut cream 6 large ice cubes Instructions: Place ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Coat the rim of the martini glass with finely shredded coconut and chill. Pour into the chilled glass.
