Mango & Mint Prosecco

Mango & Mint Prosecco is the perfect combination of bubbles, sweet fresh mango and mint! Sip on this cocktail all summer long!

Servings 4 -6


  • The flesh of 2 mangos

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 handful fresh mint about 20 leaves

  • 4 shots vodka

  • Prosecco

  • ice cubes


  1. In a pan, bring the water, sugar and mint leaves to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

  2. Remove syrup from heat, sieve and leave to chill.

  3. Puree the mango flesh and pour into a jug. Add the cool syrup and stir.

  4. Serve ¼ of the mix in a tall glass and add 1 shot of vodka.

  5. Top up with prosecco, ice cubes, garnish and enjoy!
