Super Smart Summer Smoothie

This super smart green smoothie, rich in vitamins, antioxidants and fiber, is creamy, delicious and really easy to make!

Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 cup of cucumber, cut into pieces

  • 1/4 cup parsley

  • 1/4 cup of spinach leaves

  • 2 medium navel oranges, skin and pith removed

  • 1 cup of coconut water

Instructions:

  1. Just place ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and you’re ready to drink a little liquid sunshine!

FYI…

Avocados, cucumbers and spinach are great for cleansing your body from toxins.

Avocado is also packed with antioxidants.

Cucumbers can be added to most smoothies for an extra boost of hydration.
